Bartenders are charged at a rate of $200 per bartender. Open Season will discuss the number of bartenders needed prior to the event. Per RI and MA Law the maximum number of hours a catered bar can serve is 5.

Pig Roast Packages

All Pig Roast packages include all disposable wares, on site cooking of pig, sides, all chaffer fuel, and buffet monitoring.

On site Pig Roasts are a minimum of 50 people. For lower counts drop off buffet service is available.

Slow roasted pig artfully displayed and carved and served for your guests. Creamy Coleslaw, Bourbon Baked Beans, Roasted Potatoes, House Salad, Cornbread, and watermelon. $24.50 per person.

Just the pig roasted onsite and carved. $19.50 per person.
